Rooted in Faith, Flourishing in Service
For over 46 years, Mrs. Arlene Peterkin has walked faithfully beside her husband, Evangelist Rodolfo Peterkin, serving in ministry with grace, strength, and compassion.
Together, they have raised six beautiful children — three sons and three daughters — and have touched countless lives through global outreach efforts, conferences, tent revivals, and training events.
As the First Lady of Rodolfo Peterkin Ministries and The Seed Center Church International, Mrs. Peterkin has played a vital role in building a foundation of prayer, discipleship, and family-centered ministry that continues to reach hearts around the world.
A Heart Tested, A Faith Proven
Mrs. Peterkin’s life is a living testimony of endurance, unwavering faith, and the miraculous healing power of God.
In 1980, while her husband was serving in the U.S. military, she was diagnosed with lupus and rheumatoid arthritis — diseases that brought excruciating pain and physical weakness. Simple tasks like holding a glass or lifting her children became almost impossible.
Doctors advised her to abort her third pregnancy, warning that she would not survive childbirth. But Arlene and her husband chose faith over fear, trusting God completely. She carried her daughter, Elisa, to full term — and both mother and child were healthy and strong.
Over the years, despite relapses and unbearable pain, she continued to stand on God’s promises, believing for her complete healing. Her strength became a source of inspiration for those around her, even as she supported her husband in ministry.
The Miracle Moment
In the year 2000, during a ministry crusade, Mrs. Peterkin experienced the miraculous power of God in a way that changed her life forever.
As she worshipped, she felt a warm liquid flow from her fingertips through her entire body — and from that moment, every trace of pain was gone.
That night, for the first time in decades, she slept without pain or restriction. The next morning, she realized what her husband joyfully confirmed — she had been completely healed.
Since that day, she has never again experienced lupus or rheumatoid arthritis.
Her testimony continues to inspire countless others to believe that God’s promises never fail.
“Trusting God — regardless of the circumstances, no matter how hard — He will not fail you.”
— Arlene Peterkin
